How Do I Know If I Am Affected By The Settlement?
For the purposes of settlement, everyone who fits the following description is a Class Member. Please read Paragraph 22 of the Notice for exceptions to inclusion in the Class.
All persons or entities who purchased CareDx, Inc. common stock between May 1, 2020 and November 3, 2022, inclusive, and were damaged thereby.
How Much Will My Payment Be?
Defendants have agreed to cause to be paid $20,250,000.00 in cash into escrow for the benefit of the Class. At this time, it is not possible to make any determination as to how much individual Class Members may receive from the Settlement. Lead Plaintiffs have proposed a plan for allocating the Net Settlement Fund to those Class Members who timely submit valid Proofs of Claim. The Plan of Allocation proposed by Lead Plaintiffs is set forth in the Notice, and additional information is available on the “Court Documents” tab.
The Settlement Hearing
The Settlement Hearing will be held on December 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable Trina L. Thompson, at the United States District Court, Northern District of California, Philip Burton Federal Building & United States Courthouse, Courtroom 9 – 19th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102. The Court reserves the right to approve the Settlement or the Plan of Allocation, Lead Counsel’s motion for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses, and/or any other matter related to the Settlement at or after the Settlement Hearing without further notice to the members of the Class.
